What is All-on-Four or a Full Arch?
All-on Four is commonly referred to as “teeth in a day”.
An all-on-four procedure consists of placing four separate dental implants to serve as an anchor for a full arch dental implant. Depending on the patient’s unique needs, some patients will require more than 4 implants to secure a full arch prosthesis.
All on Four is a great procedure for candidates who are tired of wearing dentures, have extensive decay, and are looking for a permanent, long-term solution.
This is an outpatient procedure performed right in our offices. By the next day, you will be fitting with your healing prosthesis that you will be able to eat & drink with.
Typical treatment timeline: 8-14 months (depending on amount of treatment)
What are the Benefits of All-on-Four Dental implants?
In addition to the short treatment time frame, All-on-4 Dental Implants have a number of advantages over conventional dentures:

What is the Procedure Like?
On the day of your procedure, all remaining teeth will be removed. Four appliances (implants) are placed into the jawbone and gums and left to heal sufficiently before the implant bridge can be secured in place.
Once implanted, the bridge will never need to be removed and will resemble the appearance of your natural teeth.
As with all Dental Implants, All-on-4 Dental Implants are placed during an outpatient surgical procedure in our Runion Dental Group Offices.
Our patients are all encouraged to take advantage of our SleepNOW sedation programs to tailor a plan that will work best for them.
The next day, you are fitted with your custom made (by our in-house ceramists) healing prosthesis.
After the implants have fully integrated with the bone, you may return to receive a second, stronger prosthesis call our TryNOW, that will allow you to make further customizations throughout your healing process.
Who is a Good Candidate?
While each patient is different, patients who meet these qualifications have the best success with dental implants:
- Currently have dentures
- Are looking for a way to improve their oral health
- Have sufficient bone in their jaw to withstand dental implants
- Are otherwise in good health
